Your own contributions are only PLN 43,200 — the rest comes from your employer, the state and fund returns.

Monthly simulation at a constant salary and constant return, with the annual state top-up of PLN 240 (at least 6 contributions per year) and the PLN 250 welcome payment. The real value assumes 2.5% annual inflation. Withdrawal after age 60 (25% lump sum + at least 120 instalments) is exempt from Belka tax. Fund performance is not guaranteed.

How to use the PPK calculator?

Enter your gross salary, current and target age, and contribution rates, then set an assumed average annual return. The calculator projects the account value and splits it between your own contributions, your employer’s and the state subsidies, and also shows the multiplier and the real value after inflation.

Często zadawane pytania

What is PPK?

PPK (Pracownicze Plany Kapitałowe) is Poland’s voluntary employee capital plan. You, your employer and the state all contribute to a long-term savings account invested by a fund. It runs alongside the state pension.

How much is contributed to PPK?

The employee pays 2% of gross salary as standard (up to +2% voluntarily), the employer pays 1.5% (up to +2.5%), and the state adds a PLN 250 welcome payment plus PLN 240 per year.

Is PPK worth it?

Because your employer and the state add money on top of your own contributions, PPK usually beats saving the same amount alone. The calculator shows how small your own share is compared with the total accumulated.

Is the PPK payout taxed?

A withdrawal after age 60 (25% as a lump sum plus at least 120 instalments) is exempt from the 19% Belka capital-gains tax — which is why the result is shown gross.

Can foreigners join PPK?

Yes. Employees insured under Polish social security are enrolled automatically regardless of nationality, and can opt out or back in at any time.
